The room was immaculately clean with TV set with satellite channels, central heating, and an individual safe.

We had the most excellent few days there. Our wife and we greatly enjoyed being there, it's recently renovated and unforgettable hotel. All the staff were nice and super-friendly. The bathroom was good and the room itself big. Also, location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Bakuriani Kids Park.

Really enjoyed Bakuriani, the hotel was newly decorated next to the market. My room was spotlessly clean and brand-new for skiing equipment storage. The location was perfect and good, for example, Amirani's Park was just a short stroll away from the venue. And it was also so close to many restaurants/cafes, other entertainments, and the centre of Bakuriani.

That service was missing.

During my recent stay at Sapphire, I was impressed by the impeccable decorations and design throughout the hotel. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The price value was excellent, offering great value for the quality of the accommodations. The staff at Sapphire was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Nice place with great decorations and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A good buffet is served for breakfast with tasty coffee. It's close to restaurants and cafes. The sauna is available for use after skiing.

The hotel is far from the lifts, so there is a need for a shuttle service to get to them. There is no pool, and the bathroom has no counter space.

Christmas was unforgettable due to our stay at a hotel with good staff and facilities. The breakfast had plenty of options; we felt at home. The dinner was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms had great facilities, including hot water for showers and a kids' playroom. It was fun to have a small snow place in the middle of the hotel. The staff explained everything well and was very kind.

We disliked that the hotel was not close to any ski slopes, and we had to rely on taxis. the rooms were not soundproof, and we could hear noises from other rooms.

We were amazed by the exceptional service of the staff. The exclusive amenities, such as the sauna and steam room, were beyond luxurious. The restaurant offered special diet menus, which were deliciously prepared by a professional chef. The room was spacious, clean, and had exclusive facilities that enhanced our experience. We also enjoyed the live entertainment in the bar and lounge area, creating unforgettable memories.

We were not allowed to eat in the room, which made us feel uncomfortable. Although the hotel had a leisure/TV room, the bar at times was noisy, affecting the peaceful environment we were hoping for.

The hotel is located conveniently close to the market, making it easy to access anything needed. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fantastic bathroom. The staff was welcoming and accommodating which made for a fantastic stay. Breakfast had plenty of options and was very tasty.

The hotel does not have a swimming pool.

We had an unforgettable stay in this hotel. The staff were excellent and always ready to help us. The hotel facilities were clean and spacious. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect – it was very close to the market and transportation. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of options.
